How It Works

If the crystal coupe breaks within 24 months of your purchase, we'll replace it free of charge. That means:

• A brand-new crystal coupe
• No replacement fee
• No shipping fee
• No hidden costs

The guarantee covers the crystal coupe only. The marble base is carved from solid natural marble and is extremely unlikely to break during normal use. In our experience, damage to the marble only occurs if it's dropped onto a hard surface.

How to Claim Your Replacement

• Your order number
• A photo of the broken crystal coupe, clearly showing the ANNI CERNEA logo on the bottom of the glass

Once we've verified your claim, we'll ship your replacement crystal coupe at no cost to you.
